Is this really the BEST Lobster Roll in Singapore?

We can never go wrong with a 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭 from Burger & Lobster. The set comes with a Lobster roll, fries and salad. For our choice of fries, we got the 𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 at an additional charge of $3.

Soft brioche bun buttered and toasted, and lined with a concoction of sweet creamy mayo in the middle before being loaded with fresh, succulent lobster flesh. This is served with 𝙇𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚 on the side which I can never get enough of. We mopped the sauce up with the Lobster roll and Fries, and even got 2 more orders of sauces (+$2 per sauce) as one serving of sauce is simply not enough for the amount of food in the set.

While the sauce is good on its own, I found the flavour balance of the sauce at the Jewel outlet to be off where the Lemon was slightly overpowering. The sauce tended to be on the sour side which masked the butteriness of the sauce.

Nonetheless, the bun is slightly crisp on the edge while maintaining its fluffy interior which absorbed all the buttery sauce.

Overall, I enjoyed the service and ambience at the Jewel outlet, but the food at their Raffles Hotel Restaurant has a special place in my heart.
