Enjoy cakes on conveyor belts in Korea 🍰🚂

I’m sure all of us are familiar with conveyor belt sushi. But how many of you have seen cakes and tarts on conveyor belts? This train tracks cafe is the one you see in all your friend’s instastories. It is as photogenic as the photos have led you to believe. It is conveniently located in Ikseon-don’t together with a host of other great cafes like Cafe Highwaist.

When ordering, a selection of cakes are placed on a mini conveyor belt for your viewing pleasure. This eye catching innovation is something I definitely hope cafes back home would adopt.

🥧 𝑪𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒕

This was the most aesthetic cake we found and it was the one we chose. The cheese cake laid on a well salted cookie crust and was topped with cranberry jam purée. This was a welcome start to our cafe adventures here in Seoul.

We only got the drinks as it was a requirement for those who wish to dine in the cafe. While the drinks were refreshing and cleansed our palates in between the rich cranberry cheese tart, they were nothing impressive and we’d gladly pay the “entry fee” to experience this aesthetically beautiful cafe.
