My favourite dessert chain in Korea 🍨

This convenient chain restaurant is my go to bingsu place in Korea. We ordered the 🍈 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑴𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔𝒖 (딸기치즈케이크메론설빙) 🍈.

It features half a giant honeydew covering a mountain of shaved milk ice, vanilla ice cream, and drizzled with condensed milk.

The honeydew was super sweet and easily the highlight of the dish. Never look down on Korean fruits, they’re amazing. After digging through the honeydew and into the bingsu we were pleasantly surprised by the fresh strawberries and chunks of cheesecake cubes inside the bingsu which brought a welcome salty element to the dish.

Overall, it is a dessert I will always crave after a heavy meal.
