Featuring a bowl of savoury broth filled with marinated sukiyaki beef slices, a flowy onsen egg, hand-pulled chewy udon noodles all topped with crunchy tempura flakes and seaweed — this is a bowl I’ll crave for on a rainy day to warm my belly.

I devoured my udon with some freshly fried 𝑲𝒂𝒏𝒊 𝑪𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝑻𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒂 & 𝑺𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝑷𝒖𝒎𝒑𝒌𝒊𝒏 𝑻𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒂. The batters were light and crispy without being too greasy — simply delectable.
