Homemade Zucchini Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:

2 extra large zucchini

Breadcrumbs

All Purpose Flour/Cornstarch

Eggs

Choice of dipping & seasoning (I used Adobo)

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375F

Layer a cooking sheet with tinfoil and spray with a cooking spray to avoid sticking

Slice zucchini into long strips

Roll in flour/cornstarch

Dip into egg wash

Roll in breadcrumbs

Place on baking sheet and add seasonings

Bake for about 15 mins, turning halfway through

Serve with your choice of dipping sauce (I used Aldi Cucumber Dill Tzatziki for my dip!)
