Homemade Candied Pecan Recipe

These candied pecans are so addicting 😋 I got the recipe from my sister and haven’t stopped making them since! (Although I do have another recipe that I have to try from TikTok 🤫)

I tweaked mine a little bit by using a few tablespoons of golden monkfruit rather than brown sugar, either is fine for you to use. A small bag of whole pecans, a couple tablespoons of unsalted butter, and dashes of salt in a pan, medium heat. Stir well and cook roughly 5-7 mins. Then let cool on a plate. I promise you will never regret this one and you likely won’t stop snacking on them either.

They are great for snacking and/or adding to any dishes that you desire. I use them in my salads. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
