sourdough discard lemon poppyseed bread

this lemon poppyseed bread is made using sourdough discard and its sooo tasty! it was surprisingly easy to make, and very straight forward! here's the recipe!

Add to dry ingredients to a bowl and combine:

• 1.5 cups all purpose flour

• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• .5 teaspoons baking soda

• .75 teaspoon salt

• .75 cup sugar

once combined, add in wet ingredients and only stir to combine (don't over-mix):

• .5 cup cooking oil

• 2 eggs

• the juice and zest of 2 lemons

• .5 cup sourdough discard

• .75 cup milk of your choice

once combined, pour mixture into a bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper. bake at 350⁰ for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
