my Goodnotes6 settings to take digital notes! 📝✨

hello everyone! here is a summary of my goodnotes set up!

customized writing tools

first of, goodnotes offers various writing tools like pens, pencils, highlighters, and brushes. you can customize their thickness, color, and opacity to match your preferences. I prefer the ball pen and alternate between the pen thicknesses of 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7mm.

custom color swatches

within the app, you can add custom color swatches for your pen color. before, you would need to enter the hex codes manually, but now they added the eyedropper tool so it has become a lot easier to customize your color palette!

organize stickers

as you may already know, I like to decorate my notes using stickers! to have a clear overview of all my stickers, I import them into the elements folder. here, you can organize the stickers and have easy access to them.

install handwriting fonts

I also like to use handwriting fonts whenever I don't feel like writing my notes. I turned my own handwriting into a font and installed them using the iFont app! (I will make a separate post on how to install custom fonts on goodnote!)
