⭐️2022 CROCHET PATTERNS TO TRY⭐️

Most of these are patterns I've not try before but I've seen quite a number of good reviews! I would definitely want to try these someday ⭐️ but this is just my take on what are the most interesting designs that have become widely available for us to create in our own sizes!

1. SQUARE UP SKIRT

you definitely would have seen loopsnholes and craftyhija make this long checkered skirt awhile ago! they were testers for this pattern and TBH it slaps af✋ In 2022, cargo skirts have become a must-have in the wardrobe and I believe this one has a similar sihouette. It is such a statement piece and even if you grow out of it, Im sure that you can reuse the squares for something else like bags, tops, short skirt, etc ⭐️🫶 I think this is super worth the time to make!

2. MESH SHRUG

OK YEA I plugged my own pattern in! I've released 2 patterns so far and this one has been doing pretty well imo, earning many favourites on ETSY and also officially become a star seller bc of this one! Its super easy to spice up a fit w this mesh shrug and I would recommend you to use yarn on the thinner side! This one's quite airy so its perfect for sg weather, but I would recommend cotton/bamboo yarn! when u get sweaty, wool and mohair would be a nightmare bc the fit is supposed to be tight, and you might feel itchy from that. unless you dont mind staying indoors!

3. WISTERIA PILLOW

this one's on my wishlist!! really want to free up time to make this asap, its giving pinterest home 🥹🫶 stalked her account for a little bit and seen alot of good reviews and versions of this!

4. ARIA

imo this one has really nice boob shaping FR Like, it gives a nice sihouette if you're on the smaller side like me! bralettes can never go wrong 🤭 I usually refer to my friend @becctobasics for bralette patterns bc shes ALWAYS making bralettes (bralette queen go offfff) and this one's one of the more flattering bralettes out there 🫶

5. KEWPIE BABY

idk about u but smth abt the kewpie baby.. I would definitely want to hang this in my room!! I haven't tried tapestry crochet and I wasn't that interested in it until I came across @destiny.makes on ig. everything she make is really cool and impressive and right now, im eyeing her clown pattern (which is in the midst of pattern testing rn)! she has a number of free and paid patterns so do check them out ⭐️ (kewpie baby is free)
