Coffee Jelly 🤎☕️

I’m sharing one of my favorite dessert recipes for coffee jelly - PLEASE try it out I swear it’s one of the best ways to enjoy coffee.

~ Coffee Jelly ~

1/4 cup cold water

1.5 cup boiling water

3 -4 tsp javy coffee concentrate (i like it strong but you can use just 2 tsp for a regular coffee taste)

4 tbsp sugar (white or brown)

1 packet unflavored gelatin

- combine gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water, allow to sit for a few mins

- in a pot, add javy to the boiling water (1.5 cups)

- turn off heat, add sugar and gelatin mixture, stir til dissolved.

- allow to cool down (15–20 mins)

- pour into container and place in fridge, covered, for at least 5 hours (i left it overnight)

- use a knife to cut into little cubes

- add to glass, pour in some milk, and enjoy! :)
