This is the limited edition Haunted Mansion Mickey. I don’t believe you can purchase him anymore. Also as you can see on the back of his right ear he was available during Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary. If you look closely the purple details are wallpaper from the inside of the Haunted Mansion.
