Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil

25 oz. can of hominy, drained

1 quart chicken stock

2 tablespoons diced jalapeños

1 can diced green chiles

1 sweet pepper diced

6 tomatillos, quartered

1 medium white onion, finely diced

6-8 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped

1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

1 tablespoon:

Oregano

Chili powder

1 teaspoon:

Granulated garlic

Onion powder

Cayenne

Paprika

Cumin

Coriander

Kosher salt

Ground black pepper

2 bay leaves

For serving:

Cotija cheese

2-3 thinly sliced radishes

Sliced avocado

Tortilla chips
