Spa night in with your bestie 💆‍♀️🧴🎀🫶

This is your sign to have a spa night in with your bestie 👯‍♀️

My sister and I decided one night that we were going to treat each other to a spa night. We used all of the products we already owned, so there was no need to spend additional money or go out to the store! 😇

We started the night by laying out our skincare routines. This part is great because it makes the experience customized to YOU! What she uses is a bit different than what I use. 💁‍♀️

Next we began our treatments to each other!

For me, we started with LED Red/Blue light therapy. I have been struggling with hormonal acne recently so this step was essential for me.

Next we moved on to a sheet mask and ice globes. My current favorite sheet mask is by Round Labs. You can get a pack of 10 masks for only $27.50, which is approx $2.75 per mask! I love having these on hand for spa nights in.

The ice globes over the sheet mask is divine 😍 it feels so relaxing and cooling. It's not the same just doing it yourself, trust me!

After the mask and ice globes 🧊 , we moved on to gua sha. Lymphatic drainage is a must for a spa night in! If you're unsure of how to use one, there's so many great online resources. I personally learned by asking my lymphatic massage specialist to show me the ropes during our monthly appointments. Next is skincare routine. Instruct your bestie on how you use each of your skincare products and have them do it for you. I have a post on my account on my skincare routine if anyone is curious! 🧖‍♀️

After skincare routine, we did a quick body care routine. I use a body serum by Nécessaire ($45) and a body lotion by conditionHER ($30). Use whatever you have on hand for this step!🧴

Finally, we finished our spa night by brushing each others hair. My sister and I used to brush each others hair when we were little girls, so this was a personal meaningful step for us! Plus, who doesn't love having their hair brushed?!💆‍♀️
