One of my favorite weekend rituals is grabbing something yummy for breakfast on Sunday mornings. Whether it be a bagel, a croissant, or a full breakfast spread, it’s worth the extra expense to start my day off on the right foot and explore the amazing restaurants in my neighborhood and beyond. I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite breakfast bites, let me know if you try them!
Popup Bagels is “not famous but known” and has the line outside to prove it. These bagels are the best in the city and are worth the wait. Pro tip: order a dozen in advance to skip the line and enjoy bagels all week long.
Win Son Bakery is home to my favorite BEC (bacon egg & cheese) in the city because it’s served on a scallion pancake. It’s hot, greasy, and super crave-able. Plus, it comes with this amazing creamy ginger dipping sauce that they actually sell in jars inside.
La Bicyclette Bakery has an amazing almond croissant, and is a staple in my weekly routine. I love picking up a croissant and eating it in Devoción, which is just down the street. The combination is 😘 chef’s kiss.
