I do not have enough words. But it’s nearing the end of the year and I just wanted to remind you that YOU FREAKING ROCK!!!! That every student made some gain (so many for most) somewhere this year and a lot of them can’t be documented on a piece of paper. Thanks for loving the crap out of the kids, even the ones who don’t know how to show it or receive it🥹

Did your kid (because they’re ours right) learn new coping strategies or how to sit in a chair for five minutes? Gain

Learn to voice their frustration in new appropriate ways- gains

Did they make and maintain friendships- gain

Did they learn to trust you and know that you care for them- the biggest gain!

These are a just a few of my favorites that I remind myself as the year concludes. What are some of yours. Sound off teachers! It’s been so so so hard but man we did it!
