Tubing Mascara Review

I have been seeing tubing mascaras trending all over social media. I decided to buy one and figure out if it is worth the hype. Here I compare a tubing mascara to a traditional mascara.

Tubing:

Milani’s Tubing Mascara

$12.99

Shade: Black

Traditional:

L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara

$10.99

Shade: Carbon Black

Application:

Both of these mascara’s apply relatively the same. The only notable difference, I would say, is that the tubing mascara is a little more watery.

Look:

In this, they are exactly the same. I feel like both of these mascaras focus on lengthening, not so much on volume.

Removal:

This is probably the one thing that they differ in greatly. The traditional mascara is removed with a makeup remover. The tubing mascara is removed with just water! This part is definitely my favorite aspect of the tubing mascara.

Overall:

I think both of these are great mascaras that perform very similarly. What tips the tubing mascara over the edge for me is the removal process.
