HOW I: Stay Hot For My Hubby

In the past I would've thought it was so anti-feminist to want to look hot for the man in your life... Now that I'm a married lady and new mommy, one of my main desires is to look and feel hot. Why? WHY NOT.

When your relationship is in a good place, everything in life is easier. Here are some ways I maintain feeling good on the inside and out which then pours over that good 'hot wife energy' into my relationship...

1. I remind myself that growing and making a family is THE greatest gift I can give my husband and family.

2. I spend time nurturing myself and my emotions as well as my physical health by eating well and I utilize affirmations and movement to help my body stay in flow and connect to my feminine energy.

3. When I'm feelin' it, I do a little makeup or dress up in a cute outfit that helps me remember I am a hot mom/wife and I make it a point to consciously connect with my partner when I'm in that confident girl energy.
