I recently went to a restaurant called Ciao Evento in Little Italy. It was such a fun event because you got to go in and try some wines and then you got to make some pasta. I love hand making pasta, it’s so fun!

🍝Making pasta is actually very easy, it’s just flour and eggs. You mix it together until you get a nice round ball of dough and then you flatten it out and make any shape of pasta that you like.

🍴We then sat down to the table in which we had a lovely first course, which was a salmon tart. This was so delicious, flavorful, and it literally melted in your mouth. We then got to eat our handmade pasta. I loved the ricotta and the bread crumbs on top! It give it that perfect crunch.

⭐️This venue overall is great for hosting an event as it is very intimate, but can seat a large number of people. This was such a fun event and I can’t wait to come back just for a normal dinner.
