DIY Halloween 🎃 👻 Costume for your Dog!

First off…Everyone say Hello 👋🏼 to my adorable doggie 🐕‍🦺 model Finn!

So the tactical vest is what I use for walks for Finn. There is a reason behind it. I have Velcro pockets on it so he holds his doggie doodie bags, a water bowl (travel collapsible one), and wipes 🧻 for accidental messes. I’ll do a separate post about that later.

The spider 🕷️ was a small one from Walmart. Cost less than $5.

And the Velcro was the wall Velcro strips. The reason? He is a rambunctious 1 year old pup! He is pedal to the metal 27/9 lol 😂 you need the extra hold that the wall Velcro offers to keep the spider in place. I got mine at Walmart when I moved. So I don’t remember if I bought the Command brand or the off brand at Walmart. Either way they work.

So I attached the hard bristle side of the Velcro to the bottom of the spider 🕷️ and then because his vest is covered in the soft Velcro side I just attached it at his back. And VIOLA! The perfect spider outfit!

Also if you get the Tactical Vest it is reusable for day to day walks and in my opinion really helps with being able to keep your dog safe and controlled if they pull when they walk or trying to keep them close to you. And if your dog does pull the vest helps distribute that pressure thru their whole chest instead of just around their neck. So less hacks and chokes and just more comfortable for everyone. Plus because he is a cutie pie and more of a medium sized dog it makes him look a little more badass! lol 😂 (again just my opinion)
