Peanut butter cup bark 🥜

Peanut Butter Cup Bark (Vegan, No Bake, gluten free)

I’ve got the easiest chocolate and peanut butter lover’s dessert in just 15 minutes, without turning your oven on!

Just grab chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil— and you are set!

Ingredients

1/2C peanut butter, softened in microwave until “runny”

1.5 C chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil

- line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

- melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave, stir to combine.

- pour chocolate in a thin layer over the parchment paper. Smooth with a spoon or spatula until it is distributed evenly across the parchment.

- soften peanut butter in a small microwave safe bowl for 3-5 seconds until runny.

- use a tbsp to spoon dollops of PB all over chocolate. Then, swirl with a knife.

- freeze to set

-break into pieces!

-store in the fridge
