Before she used to wake up at 9 am and go to bed at 9 pm, however I decided to have her waking up earlier so I could have some time with my husband to talk and plan the next day before I go to bed.

I am someone that REALLY needs 8 hours of sleep otherwise I just don’t have a good day, so this was essential for my mental health and recovery 🫶🏻
