These behaviors are MAGNETIC🧲 by nature as they tend to attract similar kinds of behavior. If you feel triggered by any of them, it’s completely normal, it happens to the best of us.

as someone who’s in the coaching/ development training line (I freelance in this), there’s a lot of signs that repeats itself no matter who. We flag out these patterns because they’re by nature, maladaptive.
it could be a child, teenager or an adult.
And it can appear in me too so the key is to
🌻 1)Realize that behavior is not the person
All behaviors are based on self beliefs that either grow or rot a person but they can be changed. It depends how deep the root issue is. Whether it’s also nature or nurture. A lot of maladaptive behaviors are nurtured thru environment & culture.
🌻2) acknowledge then accept
It’s hard but self accountability is the biggest tool when it comes to negative to positive transformation. And accepting IS NOT shaming / guilting even more. It’s empathic and at a higher level, compassionate by nature by acknowledging how we came to be that way but also realising we’re better than the behaviors and attitudes we portray.
🌻3) disagree with that behavior then correct
This is possible when one assesses that they’re not in an unsafe environment and that staying that way does not contribute to the safe environment. By disagreeing with the behavior
The biggest humbling advice I remind myself is that I’m human, not God. Obviously I will trip now & then 😩✊ but there’s always “be better,” option.
