the crispiest orjian you will ever eat 🇹🇭 bangkok

visited this popular oyster omelette place in bangkok recommended by xhs users and no regrets! here are the 3 dishes i ordered:

— signature oyster omelette

it’s a more interesting take compared to our usual orjians in sg because it has 2 different textures! it has a crispy exterior from the starch being fried and the middle is a soft and warm with a scrambled egg texture. oysters were deliciously fresh.

— tom yum pad thai

a refreshing take on the usual pad thai. it was a subtle and not-overly-spicy tom yum flavour and the pad thai itself was well seasoned. would recommend this as it also includes the same crispy part as the oyster omelette!

— grilled scallops with garlic & green chilli

super juicy and fresh! the garlic chips were crunchy and had a nice contrasting texture against the soft scallops. the green chilli was the bomb as always. thai chilli never disappoints.
