🌿ambience
first of all, look at how BEAUTIFUL this place is 😩 i felt like i was in an enchanted fairytale walking on the wooden pathways with mist coming out from all sides. it makes such an insta-worthy photo spot too with natural lighting everywhere! it’s full of greenery and such a different getaway vibe compared to our usual cafes! lots of seats too and generally isn’t very crowded, but to be safe you can always call them to book! there’s even a fountain and a mini bird enclosure!
🍴food
✻ vietnamese spring rolls ($7.50/3pcs)
tastes fresh with clean flavours, accompanied with a peanut sauce dip. they’re filled with prawns, a slice of pork belly, vietnamese rice noodles and vegetables. honestly nothing to shout about, but i’m biased because i love vietnamese spring rolls in general so i really like this dish!
✻ steamed la la with lemongrass ($15)
a very light and refreshing soup base with hints of ginger, lemongrass and a slight tinge of sweetness from the la la. again, very clean flavours and it was served in a claypot which kept the soup warm for awhile! i must say that the quantity isn’t much, but i would still recommend this to anyone who loves seafood like i do!
💭overall thoughts
if you’re a nature lover or someone who’s looking for an out-of-city experience, this is definitely a place worth visiting! i brought my family here too and they really loved it as well. this cafe also sells a wide variety of other vietnamese dishes like pho, seafood bbq and many more too! i would recommend you to come down in the evening or on a cloudy day as it can get pretty hot in the afternoon ☁️
