the goal of this guide is to slowly move your wake-up time back every few days. you start at 8am and after four weeks are consistently waking up at 5am.
to make this work, you’ll have to fill your time with things you enjoy and are committed to. i provided a same routine for each week, but feel free to fill it with things that you enjoy or want to achieve… just make sure to fill it with something! staying busy and having a purpose for waking up early is the only thing that will keep you from crawling back into bed.
