When you first start creating the habit of working out, the thought of going to the gym for an hour or more, five days a week feels very overwhelming... or at least it did to me when I started out!

That's why I think at home workout are a great place to start! This workout plan requires no equipment and can be done completely at home. The only things you'll need other than your body weight is a sturdy chair or low table (I use our coffee table) and a yoga mat or rug to lay on.

Incorporate these workouts to start building the habit of exercise. As you progress you can start adding weights and before you know it, you'll be ready for those hour-long gym workouts!
