Mermaid Mini Cake

One of my absolute favorite places in the world is Rao’s Bakery in Beaumont TX.

Such a strange town to find a bakery with treats as good as this.

We lived in Beaumont for about 8 years and we visited Rao’s often.

Our adult son still lives there so anytime we go see him we make it a priority to stop and get some sweets from Rao’s.

I got this Mermaid Mini Cake last time we were there and it was AMAZING! What’s your favorite dessert of choice?
