Hi guys!! Let's do another workout class review! Today I took Barry's at their Chelsea location and the burn is real!
Barry's is a very well known workout class, so here's a breakdown. I always start on the tread. It's a 15 minute interval run. You can go at your own pace just like in any class, but the instructor will give you what speed/incline you should go as a guide! I ran my best I've ever run in this class.
After the run, you'll head to the floor and do strength training. They have a ton of different weights, so you can choose what works for you! I had a 15lb weight for the booty class today! The strength training is a mix of different circuit workouts.
After that you do one more round of tread and strength training, It's a HIIT workout, so be prepared to get breathless and sweat. You can burn up to 1,000 calories!
