Chocolate chip ice cream sandwich

These ice cream sandwiches are so delicious!

They combine yummy cookies, creamy ice cream and chocolate eclair yum crumbs!

To make this at home you’ll need:

-chocolate eclair yum crumbs

-vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream

-cookies(home baked or store bought, these are from Costco)

Let your ice cream thaw slightly and scoop it in between two chocolate chip cookies.

roll the edges in yum crumbs, wrap in plastic or parchment paper & freeze until you’re ready to enjoy!
