Last night I had social anxiety going to a party for the first time in a LONG time. I used to have social anxiety before parties EVERY SINGLE TIME and it was awful. It’s been years since that’s happened and I’m always excited or neutral about nights out and parties with friends. But last night I didn’t know anyone except my boyfriend, so the nerves crept up! While I was nervous before, these tips (in the slides) helped me so much with the nerves. And I felt so great after the party 🪽

P.S our angel devil costume was so easy & cheap if you’re looking for a cute couples costume on a budget! Just wear white or red and buy the headbands to go with each! Wings and pitchfork are optional!😈🪽👼✨
