How I lived rent free while traveling last year!

When I was living at home last year, I really wanted to live elsewhere but couldn’t afford to move out. I researched housesitting apps and websites and found the best positive reviews on TrustedHousesitters! You pay a fee once per year, but it weeds out people that aren’t serious about housesitting IMO. I applied to places all around Southern California because I still had to drive to school twice per week, but got to explore tons of cities and areas I never would’ve otherwise! It helped me figure out what it looks like to have x amount of animals. It helped me figure out what areas I like and don’t like in SoCal. It helped me figure out what kind of house layout/structure I like and don’t like. I figured out what kind of neighborhoods I like and don’t like. AND I learned HOW a lot of these wealthy families accumulated their wealth & what their lifestyles look like when they told me about themselves & their jobs. I got advice from some of them too!!
