Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe 🍓

I LOVE this vinaigrette! It is so simple - but I know you will love it too!

🍓 Ingredients:

- 3-4 large strawberries, sliced

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1/2 tsp salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you would like it a little thinner, add 1 tbsp oil & 1 tbsp vinegar until you reach your desired consistency.

I love putting this on a spinach salad with feta cheese, sliced strawberries and sliced almonds!
