01. Have We Added to Our Lives?

A relationship takes two people who are willing to participate and ultimately add to each other's lives. Reflect on the relationship and the values each person has brought into each other's lives. Has their presence caused helpful change? Imagine how having them in your life has affected you and how it might affect you in the future.

02. Are There Things You Can't Talk to Me About?

There might be things we might not share with our partners due to fear or judgement or differences. If there are things that have been left unsaid, consider if there is or ever will be an opportunity to let these things out now. My partner and I encourage open communication even if one of us might get offended. Offer a safe space if you can and consider if the things left unsaid are fine with remaining that way or need to be shared.

03. Do You Still Feel Connected?

If you have been in a relationship for a while, it is common to feel distance over time, especially when the relationship isn't managed as much. Consider your connection with your partner. Do you still feel close or is there distance? Are you two able to close that gap and reconnect?
