I’ve been so so hesitant to get on the cottage cheese trend… but I’m looking to boost my protein and needed something besides eggs to have in the mornings.
SO here we are with some high protein, cottage cheese pancakes (for my people afraid of the texture- trust me, you won’t even know it’s in there)
RECIPE-
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
dash of salt+baking powder
Blend these ingredients (this makes sure to get rid of the clumpy cheese texture) and then…
