what I can eat with braces

Here are some food that I have found easy to eat when going through the first couple of weeks of having braces.

Fruits🍓- Fruits are a good option because they are chew enough that it doesn't hurt and still tast good!

Noodles 🍜- Ok so I know noodles ain't the best but they are the easiest thing to eat with braces

Ice cream 🍦- It's delicious! It's also like putting a ice pack on your teeth when they are hurting!

Salads 🥗- You can put whatever you want in them and they taste good! they are also soft so it makes it easier to eat!

Soup🍲- Best thing to eat when first getting braces!!! Soups are soft and easy to eat all around!
