Hair Tutorial: Effortless Messy Bun!

Thin hair? Most hairstyles don’t work on you? As someone with thin, fine hair, I was able to figure out how to make myself a messy bun that still makes my hair look voluminous!

Step 1: Begin typing your hair as you would if you were making a ponytail.

Step 2: Instead of completing the ponytail, form a loop on one side of the hair tie and begin to twist the hair tie

Step 3: Twist the ends of your hair with the hair tie and begin to fold the twisted hair tie on top of the loop to secure the bun

Step 4: Continue to pull the hair tie over the loop

Step 5: Once the hair tie is secure, pull both ends of the bun apart to make it more voluminous

This is my go-to hairstyle! I encourage you to also go try it out on your hair!
