I Saw The Barbie Movie & Healed My Inner Child

today’s post is all about the Barbie movie 💗 i was literally so excited when i found out that this movie was coming out and saw it on opening day! i don’t want to give too much details away in case some of you still haven’t seen it, but i will say that i HIGHLY recommend! i expected it to be a good movie because of margot robbie and greta gerwig, but it was so much more than i ever thought it would be!

i obviously wore all pink and so many other people in the theater did too! it was so cute and felt like a bonding experience lol. i had to get my popcorn and root beer right when i got there (snacks are a must)

i laughed a lot during the movie and even cried (twice lol). i tried not to get any spoilers or watch the trailer too much beforehand so i really didn’t know what to expect, but i definitely didn’t expect to cry. it is such an important movie and touched on a lot of relevant themes. it was definitely good for the soul and for my inner child. i definitely recommend seeing it!
