I’m incredibly addicted to my phone

So I’ve just had a revelation right. I’m incredibly addicted to my phone to the point where it’s a genuine struggle, whenever a question pops up into my head I have an absolute need for it to be answered immediately, I also spend a lot of my time doomscrolling.

I’ve just hid my phone for an hour and noticed how much louder my brain is when I have nothing to do. It’s like the reading from my phone drowns out everything that’s going on in my brain. Maybe that’s why a lot of us are so addicted? I cannot cope with my brain on its own so I’m sat here hopelessly looking for other information to fill it
