Tips✨
-once the squats start to get over 30 reps, break them down into multiple sets! Example: 50 rep day broke down into two sets of 25 reps
-make it harder by adding a weight or a band
-habit stack, complete your squats while your normally do other things. For example, if you’re watching Netflix or on your phone complete some squats
-keep track everyday of your squats
-challenge yourself! By day 20 this will be challenging but keep pushing until you’re finished
