Growing up I always wanted to have a toned core like a Victoria’s Secret model! I remember watching Candice Swanepoel workout videos on YouTube & doing those workouts in my room. If you’re inspired by the body of VS models then this workout is perfect for you. All you need is your mat to get started. Details🤍⤵️

1. Bird dogs 3 x 10 per side

Start in a table top position. Extend your left leg and right arm & crunch together underneath you. Perform 10 reps & switch sides!

2. Leg pull front 3 x 12 per side

High plank with a leg lift! Switch which leg you lift in between reps. Perform 12 leg lifts per leg.

3. Table top crunches 3 x 20 (in total)

Start in a reverse table top position. Bring one knee into your chest at a top. Make sure to keep your hips lifted & pelvis leveled. Repeat for 20 total reps.

4. Bear crawl hovers 3 x 30 seconds

Start in a table top position & hover your knees two inches off the mat. Hold for 30 seconds & lower down. Repeat for 3 sets!
