As a girl my biggest problem area has always been my lower abdominals. Whenever I eat too much or feel bloated my lower stomach always sticks out more than the rest of my stomach. In order to help fix that I started incorporating more lower ab and deep core exercises. Here are 5 of my favorite beginner exercises to incorporate if you have the same problem area as me⬇️

1. Heel taps x20 in total

2. Bird dogs x20 in total

3. Single leg lifts x20 in total

4. Leg lifts x10

5. Glute lifts x8

To keep your lower abs engaged the entire time think of putting your belly button into your spine and tucking your pelvis in towards your ribs. Once you feel a contraction in your lower abs hold it and continue to breathe normally. Go through 2-3 rounds for the best results. 💞
