One of the best ways to gain muscle & burn fat is sprint training. I love sprint training and personally include 2 workouts per week of this style of training. You can do this workout outside on a track or inside on a treadmill. Here is one of my favorite workouts to do⬇️

Warm up:

-start with 2mins of walking (3mph)

-then do 2mins of jogging (6mph)

Sprint workout:

-after your done with the warm up your ready to begin the workout

-30 seconds on of sprint as fast as you can (12mph or the max pace you can run)

-2 mins of walking at a slow pace to bring your heart rate back down (4mph)

-repeat each of these intervals for 5 times

The treadmill I use only goes up to 12mph but if you can go faster then do it! If you’re new to sprinting you can start with sprints of 20 seconds.
