Who’s joining me for this 21 day ab challenge?! Work your way up to holding a 2min plank & notice a difference in your core.

Day 1 starts off with 20 seconds and everyday we add 5 seconds until day 21. On day 21 we will be doing 2 minute planks together!

Here are 3 different variations of planks you can try for this challenge:

1. Forearm planks

2. High planks

3. Side planks

Start with whichever variation is your favorite. Feel free to change it up during the challenge OR make it harder and try one set of each every single day. That means 1 set of a 20 second forearm plank, a high plank, and 20 seconds on each side of a side plank on day 1.❤️‍🔥
