do you journal?

I absolutely LOVE journaling and I have been doing it for a while now. I usually have one or two journals at a time, one for writing in and I recently started a junk/scrapbook journal (which is so fun).

🤍Journal— My “writing in” journal has so many different thoughts in it: my emotions, random thoughts, what happened each day, self reflection, idea lists, goals, manifestation… so much. (if anyone ever read it i would be terrified bc it is a snap shot into my brain). I love to look back at my old entries and see how i’ve grown since a certain situation. It helps me gain clarity on various aspects of my life. Being able to write about my goals, problems, and possible solutions…just a place to organize my thoughts is amazing.

🤍Mindfulness and Personal growth— Journaling is amazing for me when it comes to my mental health and overwhelming emotions. When I am feeling a very strong emotion… sad, stressed, angry, bored, happy, anything… I like to write it down to help me put what i’m feeling and why I feel the way i do and just puts everything into perspective. I also love brain dump pages to decompress and practice mindfulness. Another thing is that journaling can contribute to personal growth and self-improvement.

🤍 My junk/scrapbook journal—this one is full of random stickers, pictures, pieces of paper, book pages, drawings… if you have never heard of this look up @ ktscanvases on tiktok, she came across my fyp and i was obsessed after one video. It also provides me with a creative outlet when i’m not feeling inspired with my other art projects.
