I want to share with you guys on how to care for our mental health.
1. Exercise
Boleh try buat yoga, pilates, HIIT atau apa2 saja workout. Buat dalam rumah je pun boleh, buka youtube and search workout at home. If you want outside activity can go swimming, hiking or cycling. Or a simple brisk walk dekat taman pun ok as long as keluar peluh. Banyak cara untuk get active sebab bila exercise badan kita akan keluar kan chemical endorphins. Endorphins adalah hormon yang boleh reduce stress and improve your sense of well-being.
2. Limit screen time
Kurangkan masa dengan melihat social media. Of course it's not a bad thing to scroll on social media but sometimes we all need a break from it to go outside, breathe or even do something that we love.
3. Eat well
Remember you are what you eat. Kurangkan makan junk food or any processed food. Eat more greens and healthy food.
4. Music
Dengar music sometimes akan buat mood kita berubah. Buat playlist music yang boleh buat kita rasa nak move, or to sing along. Buat playlist music untuk exercise so masa workout it boost our energy.
5. Don't struggle alone
Talk to someone you really trust like your partner, friend or family member when you experiencing negative feeling. Or seek a therapists immediately.
I hope this tips help a little bit. Even a small positive gesture can make an impact for our mental health.
