I grew up going to Wisconsin Dells every summer as a kid, but this year I finally got an opportunity to experience it as an adult and let me tell you…it is just as fun, if not more!

1️⃣ Wizard Quest

I don’t care how old I am, Wizard Quest will forever & always be my favorite Escape Room Game. How it works is they give you an iPad to start that you’ll use to go around the 4 realms (Earth, Water, Fire and Air) to complete quests and earn coins. If you answer any questions wrong on the iPad, you’ll lose points. It’s a timed game and I literally didn’t even get to an entire realm when I was there because it’s so huge!

2️⃣ WildThing Jet Boat Tour

WildThing is a jet boat that has over 1200 horsepower behind it. Believe me when I tell you, you will get wet! From historical sightseeing to whipping around and doing 360 degree turns on the river, it’s made for the adrenaline-seekers.

3️⃣ Waterparks

You can’t go to the Dells and not go to the Waterparks. It’s like going to Vegas and not stepping foot in a casino. Mount Olympus is one of the most popular, with both waterparks and rollercoasters. However, I loved my time at Kalahari. They even have hot tubs that are adults-only, so you can relax without getting splashed.

4️⃣ Dinner at Ishnala Supper Club

Not only does this place have fantastic food and a superior Wisconsin Old Fashioned, it also has incredible views. With 3 levels to the restaurant, you can watch the sunset over Mirror Lake from any table. It gets pretty busy, but doesn’t take reservations. However, if you have to wait, you can go down to the beach and pass the time with live music or simply head to one of the 3 bars for drinks & appetizers until your table is ready.

5️⃣ Nightlife

Adulting in the Wisconsin Dells was new to me, but I couldn’t have had more fun. I recommend Showboat Saloon or Nig’s Bar downtown. Otherwise, Del-Bar is a fun stop for both food & drinks!
