APPLE CIDER BRAISED SHORT RIBS

I present to you, the coziest meal of the fall season—Apple Cider Braised Short Ribs🍎 I love braised short ribs on a chilly fall or winter night. Plus, it makes your house smell amazing all day!

And it’s so easy (It cooks in a Dutch oven all day) and is near impossible to over cook!

Recipe👇

- First, chop up 2 carrots, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, and 2 stems each of thyme and sage.

- Then, grab 2 lbs of short ribs and sear each side in a Dutch oven with a little olive oil.

- Once each side is golden brown, add in the veggies and herbs.

- Let everything cook for about 5 minutes, then pour in 2 cups each of apple cider and beef broth.

- Cover and place in the oven. Roast on 250 for 6 hours.

- once six hours has passed, take the Dutch oven out of the oven and serve the short ribs with mashed potatoes, polenta, or grits!!
