Ok so, most of the time I LOVE to cook. And I’ll spend a lot of time on my meals and recipe creating. But, every once in a while, I absolutely do not feel like putting in too much effort😂That’s when tofu and rice come in😍I always have these on hand and it’s so easy to make yummy. My favorite is cooking the tofu in a super easy sesame sauce! Recipe below :)
To make…
- Start by cubing 2 block of tofu.
- Pan fry over medium heat in coconut oil until crispy (takes about 8 mins, you’ll need to flip it so it gets crispy on all sides!)
- Then, whisk together the sesame sauce—1 tsp coconut sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and 1 clove of garlic!
- Pour this into the pan and stir.
- Let it simmer for 3 mins to thicken up.
- Serve over rice and enjoy :)
