My Low Cost Content Creation Set Up🙌

My content creation set up is scrappy. I don’t have all the bells and whistles, and I haven’t invested a ton into it just yet. And I’m here to tell you that that’s OK🙌 You can still be a “content creator” and make amazing reels with what you have!

I’ve been making recipe reels for the past year and a half and have invested little to no $. I just started making money from social media, so I may start to invest in some better backdrops—but it’s really not necessary! I’ve gotten to where I am by being scrappy😛Here’s my current set up…

1) Phone Tripod—this is one of the only things I purchased when I started making content. The one I use was about $30 off Amazon and it’s lasted me a year and a half🙌No need to buy anything fancy.

2) IPhone 13 pro max—When my plan was up last, I specifically got the IPhone with the BEST camera option. That way I didn’t need to get an expensive dslr camera!

3) Folding table—I already had a folding table sitting in my basement collecting dust😅I set it up next to the window in my kitchen for good lighting🌞

4) Brown paper bags + kitchen towels—ok hear me out…brown paper bags😂Don’t throw them out! Keep them to use as a back drop for pics & videos! I also like to use cute kitchen towels that I have to add some more texture.

5) Mug—sometimes to get a more close up shot of me cooking, I’ll use a mug to hold my phone😂 I also used to use this before I had a tripod.

6) Splice + Tezza—I use splice to edit. I find this to be the easiest and best app for editing videos. And it’s only $3.99/month!
