Whenever I try to lose weight, my mommy morphs into Gordon Ramsey...

Of course, weight loss is not about dieting. We need to stabilise our appetite to maintain a long-term lifestyle diet and avoid the consequences of binge eating and eating disorders.

And all we have to do is adjust and take control of our diet.

We all know that lowering our calorie intake requires avoiding high-calorie diets such as high oil and high sugar, but you have to admit that they are often delicious... Making it hard to cut out.😇😇

So when I decide to consume high-calorie foods, I promptly adjust my diet and exercise for the day. The frequency of such events is usually kept to once a week, or when a certain goal is reached. For example, on the day I get below 160 lbs, I decide to reward myself with a tub of ice cream. At the same time, I will eat a smaller portion of meat and staples or exercise for an extra ten minutes on the evening of that day. In this state, losing weight is purposeful, and being able to satisfy my appetite regularly also makes me feel like losing weight isn't painful and is one thing I can stick with for the long haul.

And on normal days, try to eat as clean as possible, avoiding refined foods whenever possible. ‼️Top priority, please eat well and stop snacking. Ration your daily intake of staples, meats, vegetables, and proteins, and there are a very large number of recipes available online. Incidentally, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn and squash are great staples! Make them in a steamer or air fryer for a delicious and healthy meal!
